I've had a bad experience with U.S. CAVALRY mailorder. I purchased few items from them which were a canteen and three BDU belts. When the package came, there was only one belt inside and no explanation whatsoever. I Called them up, the rest of items were out of stock but they would send the remaining merchandise when it's re-stocked. After 2 weeks, nothing. Called them up again, customer rep stated it was sent to me. well I never got it. They could have made it right and send me what I paid for instead of of treating me like I wanted something for free. :thumbdn:
 
The two times I ordered from USCAV, I had a similar experience. First time I ordered a long sleeve shirt on closeout - waited about a month before receiving it - I called and they said it was back-ordered. OK, I can wait. Second time (actually, a few weeks ago), I ordered a fleece zip-up - again, it's back-ordered. I don't really mind waiting too long for cheaper priced items, but I just wished they could have contacted me to let me know about back-ordered items. I basically had to call to see what was up the first time, and this time I found out on my account page at uscav.
