Vanax Superclean in kitchen

Here my “end of the year – happy new year” job.

Vain Chef is the name.

It’s a 200mm blade in Vanax Superclean, my purpose was to obtain a super sharp knife.

Shape is a mix between Italian and French style, but profile is for sure aggressive like a Shigefusa Japanese style…

Sweet! A Bocote & ? Wooden handle?

Hi Laurence, handle is made in Bocote and that kind of "ferula" is made in black ox, then is a mix wood and horn. Spacers are in thin maple veneer made with a planer.
Revets are brass corby type.
