Anyone that has both a Swisschamp and a Handyman, could you please post a pic of them side by side. I'm trying to find out how much thicker the Swisschamp is.

Here they are:

L-R we have a Champion, Handyman and a Swiss Champ.

PS if you want them taken from a different angle just give me a shout and I'll get a shot for you.

Here is another shot I found. It is certainly slimmer as it misses out the quite thick in-line Phillips layer, and the very slim fish scaler.

IMO the Champion Plus (not the SwissChamp) has a better tool selection and is almost exactly the same size as the Handyman. I have a lot more use for the Phillips than I do for the pliers.

Thanks for the pics. In that I carry a larger SAK for the "just in case" utility, I do see the advantages of going a bit thinner than the Champ. However, I'd end up missing the pliers if I went with the Champion plus. The Champ is the largest I care to carry. I probably will end up getting an XLT or such one day, just for the wow factor. Probably end up getting the Champion plus and Handyman too, just because! Thanks for sharing in my love of SAK's!
