Vintage Early Bob Terzuola ATCF Titanium Knife

So here is the story with this knife. Yesterday I purchased a small collection of knives from a gentlemen that I have traded knives with occasionally in the past. Over the last couple years he lost his interest in knives and gradually sold off his collection. He said he hadn’t purchased a new knife in 20+ years. The other knives in his collection easily support this statement – for example a South Africa Made Numbered Chris Reeve Aviator (one of the other items I bought – not for sale:)

Anyway – he bought this knife directly from Mr. Terzuola at a knife show over 2 decades ago. As you can see it has been carried and used. He told me that one day at work his colleague offered to ‘touch up the edge’. When he returned the knife he said he almost lost his cool as it looks like person sharpening it was more familiar with sharpening lawn mower blades. You can see the sharpening damage that begins at the left edge of the logo and extends to the tip. Very disappointing but still a very functional knife that could be either used or perhaps send back to Mr. Terzuola for some type of repair.

One nice aspect of this knife is the inlaid linerlock. I know Mr. Terzuola’s book talks about the inlaid linerlock but I did not realize he did it on his larger knives.

This knife measures
Handle 4 7/8 inches
Blade 4 inches

I am selling this knife for SOLD with signature required. I prefer paypal.

I am selling the knife at this price due to the blade damage from sharpening.

Please ask any questions. First I’ll take followed by PM gets the knife. - jrgannon@yahoo.com

I'm not familiar with Terzuolas or how that blade should look. Are you referring to the front 2/3s of the edge looking like it has been reground to a 3/4 grind?

Hope it's ok to comment in response here, but from the description and knowing a little bit about Terzuola's:..the blade was reground by an amateur sharpener from it's original grind lines leading up to the maker's mark.
