Vintage Fishing Knife/Multi-Tool

I think imperial may have had one as well as Utica, and some were made in Japan.
I may be wrong, but I know these were once relatively common and inexpensive

Thanks for the tip I think I found some info on this blade after looking up Utica and found one on eBay selling for $30

Sold through Abercrombie & Fitch and sporting the company's label on the box is a utility knife in a leather sheath the was made by Conboy Craftsmen, Inc. from Utica, NY. Blade is 3 1/4" long with an overall length of 7 1/2". The uses are: 1) Keen edged knife. 2) Leader and wire snipper. 3) Disgorger. 4) Fish Scaler. 5) Skinning hook (fish or game). 6) Long nose pliers. 7) Sinker Crimper.
