I was gonna but the 110 hunter sport as well as a plain jane 110 hunter….and to my disappointment the guy in front of me bought the last one on the shelf. Not gonna lie was sort of bummed. You’d think that they would be able to grab one that had just been assembled but they couldn’t. So I left with just this beauty…

Happy Hippo you absolutely will find odd knives like samples and build outs but usually only put out for special sales. Blemished knives at a big discount are very common all year. Clearance sales can have incredible discounts. In the past (pre Covid) you never knew exactly what would be offered ..

I have been on the factory tour (once) and to the store a few times. I highly recommend going! It is a great time, and a really cool place with cool people (and knives!). I cant wait to go again, but it is a couple hours from my house so I dont go very much. Thanks for sharing!

Very cool! Would love to make it out there someday. I was able to take a tour of the Buck factory when it was in El Cajon when I was in high school(02/03ish). Chuck Buck himself gave me a chunk of mammoth ivory during my tour, and I still have it.
