Wald-Solingen identification help?

I recently acquired a Solingen straight razor from my mother but I have had the most difficult time identifying it! I can't find a record of it anywhere or pics of the same or even a similar design. The box is labeled, " W. H. Morley & Sons Warranted Razor" with the clover trademark. It has the ERN near the pivot and on the other side it has the "crown and saber" over "Wald-Solingen" next to the number 24. Also I'm no good at identifying handle materials so if anybody could help me out, it would be much appreciated!

P.s. I can post pics later if need be.

The box and razor are not a match. Your razor is made by ERN of Germany, should be a good shaver depending on condition of course.
