Seems like Mr. Dixon has a new bowie blade.
The trailer from Comic Con is out on Youtube.
CAN ANYONE ID IT ?
It has some Marine Raider esthetics.
The trailer from TV Guide has it at around 2 min and 45 sec.
Thx....

The show has gotten so bad I can’t watch anymore

Ya, It has run its course and then some. Need to take it out back and put it down humanely with one smoking hot .357 round to the head delivered from a S&W Model 27-2 with a 6" barrel for maximum velocity!!

It was a great show but it’s over

Yeah the show really lost it for me when Rick didnt smoke Negan after calling him out onto the porch of his compound. It had been getting rediculous for a while but I can only suspend me belief of reality so much.

It has just gotten so damn repetitive in my opinion. I get that it's difficult to both keep them on the move OR tie them down somewhere. But come on. Moving -> Find a Place -> Make Place Decent -> Threat Arrives -> Moving Again -> Rinse -> Repeat

Unfortunately in the real world that is what would happen although most of us don't want to accept it

My uncles were in the countryside in the Soviet Union when it all fell apart and they described it as Walking Dead without the zombies.

Also, in the show, the people you're supposed to root for are the most destructive force in the show. Every little settlement they come across ends up in flames within a week or two. They're worse than the damn zombies.

As long as you’re putting it out of its misery with a .357mag, the least you could do is use a Colt Python.

I've been reading the books from the beginning, and have enjoyed the show even though there are some problems.

With Andrew Lincoln leaving this season, I don't see it lasting much longer.

I have no plans to continue watching if they don't bring Chris Hardwack back.

here is the knife in question... definitely large, with really large teeth, I really think those are overly large & would catch too much ... wouldn't a simple wood-saw back be more practical?

On the contrary, it is the continuous suspension of disbelief that has driven me away from the show. Humans adopt, it is our primary trait. That the group still flops around like a fish out of water after so many years, is the show's downfall. By now these people should have been able to establish themselves in a stable and secure environment and their numbers and technology should have been growing steadily. It would have been fun to start with a clean slate and try to design an idealistic Shangri La. But, they have failed, either because we are following a group of losers which are collectively too stupid to learn, or because the show producers lack a basic grasp of human nature. Either way the show has run its course. When stabbing a zombie in the head becomes the height of human advancement there isn't a compelling story to be had.

I stopped watching a couple episodes after Negan killed Abraham and Glenn. The show had become more of a soap opera for quite some time before that but the beginning of whatever season that was started out so boring that it was the final straw. My wife and I had been watching ever since the first season. Those first couple of seasons were great.
