Wasp injection knife clearing customs into CANADA

Hi guys. I want to know the laws for the WASP injection knife in Canada. I've looked extensively and haven't found any laws against it, but I'm afraid customs will confiscate it anyway. Does anybody know if there is a law against it? Has anybody ordered a WASP knife from the states? Did it come through?
