I Purchased the Roxi 3 from W -reed2 on January 25th 2022 and Have still not received the knife, it was "shipped" the following day and the tracking has not updated from it saying the item is in pre-shipment. Reed was communicating with me back and forth saying that the package got lost and the postal service was shipping it back to him and then he would ship it out to me ASAP, at that point it had been a month and I asked for a refund. He agreed to the refund and repeatedly told me he would make it right and was not trying to screw me over, a week later I asked again and reinforced that the knife was insured according to tracking and was told he would need a few days to come up with the money. That was February 26th and I haven't heard back since and his profile has been set to private after asking for the refund. I did use PayPal Friends and Family which is on me, however I am posting this as I wanted to warn anyone else doing business with this user, should they read this thread.
