I have always carried my wallet in my front left pocket, tried to carry it in my back pocket once and lost it in the Metro.

They once tried to pick my pocket a street concert in San Diego but all they got out of my back pocket was a bunch of concert flyers.

Wear do you keep your wallet?
Way there?
Do you use a chain?

Thanks and be safe!

I used to carry mine in my back right pocket but the more stuff i packed in it the more uncomfortable it got. I used to take it out all the time if i was driving or sitting for a while and i kept forgetting it in my car. So i carry a money clip now with 3-4 cards and cash in my left front pocket and i hardly even know its there

Too much other crap goes in the front pockets so left rear for me. An all-ett sports wallet in leather with minimal stuff in it works just fine.

When I saw who was posting the question, my thought was "he keeps in in his autocannon" :p. Seriously though, really appreciate all your posts around here. Keeps us grounded and humble when someone like you posts.

I CANNOT drive with a wallet in my right back pocket. AT ALL. Regardless of whether my pants center my wallet on my glutes or not, I cannot- it digs in too much, very uncomfortable. If I have a toll bridge coming up, I stick in in my center console, along with my cell phone for quick access. When walking, it depends- I usually keep my messenger bag on me, and it will go in that; otherwise, I like wearing big coats of various sorts that can hold nearly everything my messenger bag can, and it goes in there. Whether internal breast pocket or not, I find too often I have no room with knives and other items for it to store in my front pants pockets. Usually try to keep a surefire c3 in my offhand pocket and a knife clipped to the strongside pocket. Anything else, I look like I've got tumors in my pants.

I carry documentation, cards etc in two credit card holders, each of which are carried in opposing cargo pants pockets.

Bills and coins are carried in a dedicated 'change purse' type, zippered holder in my front left pants pocket.

Right back pocket, chained to a belt loop. If I have side thigh pockets I sometimes slip it down there.

Right front been there for @ 30yrs I lost 2 before wising up one on a tractor another horse back!!

You get used to it and don't even notice it!!

Lots of Cowboys put their wallets in front pockets.;)

If I didn't carry a cell phone it would be in my front left. I've adopted cargo pants for daily wear so have my phone in the front left and the wallet in the left thigh pocket.

while in high school back right with chain (it was cool in my day)
Now front right (no chain).

ps. where - location, wear- have on one's person
So you may ask where do you wear your wallet.
[both are pronounced the same way. just thought I'd help you out as you are clearly making an effort to write and learn English]

Thank you for that. I am truly making an effort to learn. Thank you where ever you are.

R/Rear pocket, but it's fairly thin and I make a point to empty all extra crap out of it pretty regularly. If I'm headed into the city, I carry it R/Front pocket so that I don't lose it.

At work,in the front right on an umbilical lanyard, going out-back right on a chain. One thing to bear in mind is that if you drive with a thick wallet i.e. over 1 inch in your back pocket , it will put your pelvis out of alignment a bit leading to your back compensating to keep your head vertical-not an ideal situation in the long term.

I carry two. Business cards, notes, frequent shopper cards and the like go in the back right, DL, cash and two debit cards in the right front.

I keep my money in a small leather bag, tied on a piece of cord hanging from around my neck.

I tend to carry a money clip more than a wallet but when I do it's the back left pocket for jeans or cargos and the left inside jacket pocket when I'm suited up.

I've carried mine in my right front pocket ever since I was 17 and out on my own for the first time trying to avoid pickpockets in New Orleans. Now I can't stand to have anything in my back pockets.

I have seen sum pretty over loaded wallets. Some guys are wallet horders, they should make a documentary about them. I almost never keep any business cards in my wallet. Some of you mentioned money clips, I'm really trying to slim down my wallet, can any of you post some pics of your money clips, or keepers?

Thanks. And be safe.

It depends. Normally right rear pocket, but if I am in a crowd or someplace I don't know it goes into the right front. Passport and extra cash goes into a concealment belt that puts it front and center. If I'm carrying lots of cash for some reason, that goes in a money clip left front pocket. Knife in left front pocket. The .45 goes in the right front crotch position.

A long time ago I used to carry in a front pocket to avoid loss and theft. Now I carry in the back pocket but use a wallet chain.
