Weekend camping and fishing..

Myself and two mates got out for a bit of camping and fishing this weekend. The weather was great, the fish were biting, we got to use some knives and sat around the fire with a couple of beers. It was a top weekend all around.

Here is a pic of my mate next to the camp "Blade Tree" :cool:

Yes its winter here, and that is a mate. I was more rugged up than him haha..

We ate the fish last night.. Very tasty indeed. We caught about 20 fish over the day, but we kept 3 snapper, 1 sweetlip and 1 parot fish.

Seriously, they sound yummy. My recent trip included some fresh Salmon and Trout caught that day. Nothing like some fresh fish for dinner. :thumbup:
 
Cool trip. Looks like fun. I think I would rather keep the fish in a separate ice chest and away from the beers tho!!!

That just looks so fun. We have had to put off the usual 3 or 4 family camping trips this summer so it's nice to see pics like these. Thanks for sharing. :)
