I’m curious at to what you think the most comfortable conceal carry holster is. With so many new manufacturers, carrying styles and materials. So, I created a poll but it would be even more interesting if you could vote and then post the make and model of the holster below.

OWB is always most comfortable, but not always practical. Next for me is the less comfortable but very practical IWB Kydex w/J Hooks for easy on and off with the holstered pistol.

For me by far the most comfortable carry method is in a leather pancake style holster:

Need to conceal it untuck your shirt. Gun gone bye bye.

My own OWB Leather is my most comfortable. And worn 99% of the time. The Crossbreed Supertuck is my most comfortable deeper concealment holster. I didn't see straight leather OWB on the poll, so I just voted hybrid IWB for the Supertuck.

For edc; Ventcore iwb Mini..... I have a kydex clamshell iwb and a hybrid leather and kydex that's not bad either.

For comp and range I use a owb kydex rig with drop attachment and a rigid belt, I also have mag holders at a cant

Mika holsters. Known for his pocket holsters. Made to order. Not only to fit the gun but also to fit the pocket you want to use.

I had him make an inside the waist band holster for me and it is by far the most comfortable holster I own.

Even with my smaller and lighter single stacks there is some level of slight discomfort with a SH or IWB kydex. The OWB at 3:30 is the only one I almost forget is there... and that's with a S&W 66 (Kramer Belt Scabbard).

I don’t really have a most comfortable holster. It all depends on the gun-rig combo. What’s comfortable for one may not be for another.

My absolute most comfortable is a small IWB Kydex one I have for the LCP. But this has as much to do with the size/weight of the little Ruger as it does the holster. It’s so small and light it just disappears in the belt line.

But for my 1911, an OWB is just as comfortable, except you do notice the big chink of weight attached to you, no matter how good the rig and belt are.

So it’s all relative. And each of my EDC pistols have different rigs for optimal comfort for their purposes.

Bianchi nylon over kydex, for a Glock, my 642 fits right in it, one holster, 22, 23, 17, 19, or 642.
Found out on range at a qual that the Smith fit, been using it since 05.
Reminds me, I should buy another, before bianchi fucks up and changes shit.

I have one if these from mr Dave, and it is, without a doubt, the most comfy concealable holster I’ve ever had. And I’ve had plenty! It’s owb, so you don’t have to wear +1 pants sizes. But, sometimes, my shirt is too short so I have a crossbreed IWB that is the most comfy IWB I’ve ever had.

My G42 with a Boraii pocket holster in my right front pocket is very comfortable for me. When I do carry something bigger I use IWB Kydex holsters by CYA Supply.

Thank you sir for the kind words! Glad that's working out for ya!

I'm 6', 180 lbs, so I don't have alot of meat around the middle. Sticking a gun & holster inside my waist band, then cinching it down with a belt is not comfortable for me. And yes, I've tried all the best IWB holsters over the years. If I really have to conceal, I've found that my Milt Sparks VM-2 is about the most comfortable, but I get by 90% of the time with a Mitch Rosen pancake holster, or an old Raven Concealment Phantom and just cover it with my shirt tail.

eveled eveled speaks truth! I am a huge Robert Mika fan.... I have three Mika pocket holsters for three different guns. NOTHING conceals like these, and they work perfectly. I daily carry a Ruger SP101 in a Mika pocket holster. Best there is.

For me it's leather IWB (OWB is always more comfortable, but not always the best option). I have a Milt Sparks Criterion for my 1911 and a Versa-Max for my snubby.

I like the Crossbreed Supertuck in Horsehide. Hybrid IWB.
By far the best I have tried for my colt defender 1911. I had trouble concealing it due the fact I'm pretty slender built, but even in summer with a tee shirt leaves almost no imprint unless i bend down

While the Mika pocket holster remains my daily carry...
When I carry my CCO, it lives in a www.ttgunleather.com IWB Reinforced Mike's special. This holster is so damn good, it retired my Milt Sparks Versa Max II.
