I was talking with a friend today, and showed him a Spyderco knife, the Dragonfly and it occurred to me that quite a few of the names of the knives that Spyderco have chosen can be linked in a way to insects being trapped in a spyder's web for nourishment, such as the following;

Military, (army ants)

Calypso, (butterfly)

Dragonfly, (dragonfly)

Cricket, (cricket)

LadyBug, (ladybug)

just something for the curious, Sal you might want to give the folks in your design department a test or something?

All good knives, I traded a while back my full size Calypso and miss it now, might have to route around and locate one in good condition.

Thanks Sal and Crew!
