What Company Made These Vintage Axes?

The unfortunate mounting and attempted refurbish + the proposition to identify the axe being so hypothetical, from off an auction site and already outdated, might not be such good motivation for prompting a come-back. Hopefully it's not so and someone with knowledge will be kind enough to provide you an answer or other guidance. Otherwise please propose an axe to identify once you have it in your hands and good responses will be more forthcoming. At any rate, best of luck getting on with a good one you like.

I would loke to purchase one and I prefer to gather information before buying. I am simply curious of a company that would make such nicely designed axes and that so many other companies put their logos on.

As for the ebay listing, it is the only good photo I could find at the time I posted the question.
