What do we think about the AKC X-Treme line?

Any of you own a Shadow or Ace? Was wondering what you thought about the build quality?
I like the price point (not a huge loss if misplaced) and the simplicity of the two knives. Seen some decent feedback for the Ace, but nothing much from the Shadow.

don't own any of those two models, but own other akc chinese made and they are okay for the money.
