I've been on this forum for more than a couple years, we've talked about steels, we've shown our new knives (who doesn't love NKD), we've shown our fatty's, we've shown our skinny's, we've showed our high dollar knives, we've showed our budget blades, we've shown and shared everything knife but it seems we've never shown what we no chit carry everyday. I've seen some beat up stuff whether it be high dollar or budget but they're not collected in one place so let's see your default knife. We all have different needs, different budgets, and different desires lets leave when new pictures for the porn threads, the rotation pictures for their respective threads, if you carry a Rough Rider trapper daily no matter lets see that, if you carry a high end custom every day lets see that, but the point is what's your default knife, that blade you carry no matter

Obviously I'll start...While I have other knives for other purposes this is the knife I carry every day no matter.

I haven't heard the word "chit" since I worked as a short order cook. Thank you for bringing back my PTSD. ;)

Salt 2 Wharncliffe, always clipless in front right pocket of out of the house pants. For public use.

Resilience, modded to wharncliffe, always in left cargo pocket of shop pants. Works harder than any other knife I own. Soon to be rebladed in AEB-L at RC 62-63 once I finish up my current orders.

Tenacious with blue scales, always in left cargo pocket of out of house pants. Alternates with the Salt 2 as for public use.

Resilience, modded to "Resilitary", always in rear right pocket of both pants, and also the right pocket of my stay at home/after work shorts or track pants. It is the knife that I carry at all times, except for when I shower. I even wear it for sleep, along with my house key around my neck, and my Klarus XT2C in my left pocket or clipped to the waistband (depending on which pants I wear to bed). I use it in public when I need a larger knife, or need not concern myself about freaking out sensitive people. Possibly also to be rebladed in good, hard AEB-L.

9.9 out of ten, a "demo" knife, usually paired with a Buck 110 and one of several large (4 inch and larger closed) stockman.
Sometimes the Demo Knife will get swapped for an 1960's Ulster "Official" BSA, or other four blade scout/camp/utility knife, and the Buck may be swapped for a Old Timer 7OT or two blade slipjoint folding hunter.
My EDC for the rest of this month is a Buck 110, (BTI) Old Timer 23OT Scout/Camp/Utility knife (unless I "need" a heavy/super duty 4 blade scout/camp/utility knife, in which case I'll swap out the 23OT for a Demo knife) and a large (4.250 inch closed) Rough Ryder stockman.

The Buck 110/(or Old Timer 7OT)/4 blade Scout/camp utility/demo knife/large stockman combination has been my "regular" EDC for 50 ~ 51 years.

This particular 110 has an S30V clip point blade. Others that I regularly carry have a standard 420HC clip point blade, or a CPM154 clip point, or drop point blade.
The circa 1974 grossly abused by at least one prior owner two dot I have, but never carry, has a then standard 440 C clip point blade.

Victorinox Super Tinker. Day in day out, in my medicine bag. It's seen better days. Got run over on a 45 mile per hour road probably 50 times, main blade is difficult to get out. No matter what is clipped to my pocket, this is always with me.

Leatherman P4 and a PJ Inkosi.

Today I went lighter and just opted for a DE Combat Troodon.

RFP is home of the Douk Douk. That's my day in day out work knife. The pioneer resides in my lfp along with a small pair of pliers mostly as a non cutting tool, and occasionally a back up blade.

in my old job i frequented a Spyderco native 5 and Para2, and would sandwich a SAK tinker in between the thigh and the wallet, on occasion; in fact --- it was almost always a spydie, but sometimes a griptillian
can't carry knives at my new job however, but I've been leaving a Matriarch 2 in my car lately
