What does UBR mean?

Truly, I've used Google and this forum's search function, but I cannot find any information on what the acronym UBR means in UBR Commander. Can someone please give me an answer?

P.S. - I've even searched the sticky Emerson Gallery and Glossary without a straightforward answer.

IIRC, that's "bigger than super", as in "the UBR Commander is bigger than a Super Commander.

My personal take on "UBR" is short for"UBER". "well if you want the uber version of ...".
