What happened tothe "foum jump" option?

I liked to use the form jump option that used to be on the bottom of each thread and section. It is gone. Do we get it back?
 
This question was also posted at "Service & Support", and I have also posted it at "The Back End", so hopefully we'll have an answer (and a "fix") soon.:).
 
I'm troubleshooting the server to try and find out what's going on with it. Disabling the Forum Jump was recommended to decrease server load.
