Went on a buying spree. Have 5 in transit. 1st time purchase for 4 of the 5 manufacturers. Checking out their quality etc. At least one is probably going to be junk, but I thought I would gamble on it since I liked the look. Can always send it back. Another is most likely going to be too small for my hands but again, I wanted to check it out.
One of the 5 actually arrived recently, but it had 3 manufacturing defects so I sent it back for exchange. Pity, It was one of the top 3 factory sharpening jobs I have in my collection. Hope the exchange is as sharp w/o the defects.
Apparently when I buy a knife that that is defective and I send it back, my brain says, not a problem, buy some more. So I now have these on the way. Stupid brain. I should go back to killing it with beer.
It's been over a year since my last knife purchase, so I am totally stoked that I just pulled the trigger on a Bradford Guardian 3 in M390, with an extra set of scales!
