What to do in Orlando Feb 18-20th?

I'm going to be in Orlando next Sunday from around noon through sometime Tuesday night. I haven't had much luck finding any knife shows in Orlando that weekend, is there any site in particularly to search for show listings?

Are there any particularly good stores or other knife-related places to visit while in Orlando?
