This at lunch time I love them.

A traditional Portuguese knife,they use them everywhere cheese shops,meat shops,cobblers all sorts of tradesmen.

Theres a few variations this one is my favourite.

Love it Gus, hole and all. That one got away from me. I picked up the bone, and probably a few months or more later the Ebony, thought for awhile about the Micarta…thought too long!

That would make an excellent golf carry.
