Nice carry alright, but I have to correct you on the name the engraving actually says PAASO. These are made in Lapland.

    Thanks Paul!

Nice catch! You shouldn’t have any issue finding that knife if you happen to drop it in the stream!

I guess it must be blue jean weather, huh?
It’s great to see your presidential.

Thanks, Erik! Indeed it is. My posts become boring in the colder months, but I'm going to try to find unusual backgrounds for the presidential. :)

I’m in a Delrin state of mind today.

Back to my comfort zone with the Camillus C4 saw scout. Blades freshly sharpened.

According to Mr. Lloyd the knife's design is a derivative of Jess Horn, hence the pattern name 'Stag Horn'.

Thanks for the very kind words Jack !!!! I guess you know that it is just a matter of time before my curiosity gets the best of me and I will have to get the measuring equipment out and do a comparison of Old & New TEW's with the A.Wright Specials .

These two...the forum knife has a huge spot in my collection thanks to a great member of this forum. Porch sitting doesn't get much better than this!

Nice Sawcut...those 77s from last year just check all the boxes, don’t they?

Yup I was lucky enough to land one in the initial reservation and stupidly sold it. I was able to land this one in a trade. I just needed one again. Such a great knife!

Thanks, fellas! Not sure why I waited so long. The 15 Barlow is certainly the first of many traditionals for me. I'm already plotting my next acquisition...something in burnt stag maybe.
