What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Heading to a dinner about an hours drive away, decided a flat knife (Case 06247PEN) would work best - got to speak a few words after the dinner. OH

Now that is a fine knife !! a classic indeed

i bought this Brisa Trapper recently and have so far done only kitchen work with it. The full flat grind delivers awesome cutting capabilities in this kind of task's despite the thick spine. I still have to try it in forest to see how it works with firewood. The handle was slippery so I sanded it with medium coarse wet sandpaper (after this picture was taken) and got a nice satin finish that is suprisingly grippy with wet hands.
