Nothing exotic today.
Buck forum knife today:
Straight edge Saturdays?
I think we have similar taste in knives.
Hope everyone is having a good Saturday evening.
Mostly this today:
Case smooth bone trapper. Just opened the end of a cigar with it.
One of Case's best, as far as I'm concerned...
Getting ready to sharpen my old friend.
Valley Jack is a beautiful Lambsfoot Gary!
On call this weekend and worked a booth for the local sportsman club at a sportsman show today. Figured a Victorinox Soldier may come in handy for something at the booth, or definitely if I get called into work.
Stopped at the post office on the way out of town and found this. So I had two on me. It even opened a bag of candy to fill the bowl at the booth
Running late tonight but I’ve had these two Stags in my pocket today!
Probably have not carried this one since 2017 .
This is a nice carry and sharp as the dickens , just have not carried it .
OOPS !!! 1 picture too many but I will just leave it here .
Harry, while both side are different that’s some of the neatest looking rams horn I’ve seen! As far as the other photo goes, it makes it easier to get at the drain plug to change the oil
Drove up the McKenzie River and visited a couple reservoirs.
Thank you very much my friend . That knife is from the first run that CK had . The other picture was someone trying to put TOO MUCH weight on the end of a crane and then the end of the crane was jammed in the VEE of the tree .
How were the levels in the reservoirs ??
WAY down at Blue River and Couger resivoirs, I'd guess 120 feet or so, but at Leaburg dam they were letting lots of water through and the levels were still lapping at the park benches. Hardly any snow we could see but a bit of rain.
