Just finished up this matched set of W2 Steel slicers (Aldo W2 @ 62-63Rc), a 270mm and 185mm. The handles are made of amboyna burl and Ukrainian bog oak with honey buffalo horn.

A true custom….the customer supplied drawings of the blade he wanted. This blade is W2.

Not entirely knife making, but I just finished making a handle and saya for this Konosuke HD 270mm gyuto. Handle is ironwood burl and the saya is ironwood.

Just finished this 240mm gyuto in W2 steel...it has a nice hamon, unfortunately the photo does not capture it. The handle is black & white ebony and carbon fiber from @FatCarbon. The saya is also black & white ebony.
