What's the difference bewteen G10 and G11?

Besides 1 number . What are the main differences between the two? From what I can gather they're both some kind of fiberglass resin mix aren't they? So I was trying to know, should I ever need to explain it to anyone.... What the difference between the 2 are. I still have a box full of G11 I got off one of the members here, which I plan on at some point attempt to make a handle out of. But should anyone ever as me what's the difference between the two I'd like to be able to give a somewhat intelligent answer. Anything I tried searching online brings up talks about cameras, a Cannon to be exact .

Grade G-11 Garolite: Similar to G-10 Garolite, except G-11 is stronger and can withstand higher temperatures. It's a glass-cloth laminate with epoxy resin binder.

Yup G11 is way stronger when hot than G10, otherwise pretty much the same stuff....

Okay so essentially nothing that anyone really needs to worry about with regards to it being a handle material. Unless of course you're planning on handling your knife in 200+ degree temps naturally.
