An Emerson with a compression lock or Tri-Ad lock would be pretty sick.

This has become my favorite EDC blade. Easy to sharpen, cheap enough to replace, great as a tool or emergency weapon. The Vaquero might be a better weapon, but it is less useful as a tool.
