What's your newest Buck knife

A new Buck 110 LT Smoke Jumper by @skblades. :D

The grind could be better, but I like to put my own edge on knives so no harm, no foul. I plan on using this as a donor blade for the next 110 with screw together construction that is released (unless I can find a BCCI desert ironwood version for sale that is).

I know what you mean...I've gotten a couple 112's that had a 110 size nail nick. It throws the blade way out of proportion to me. Still a fantastic knife and great looking scales OH

Thanks JD, I think I'm going to send it back - the nick is all I see when I look at the knife (sort of like a spider tattoo on Miss America's face). Going to get my money back and write this one off as a failed experiment! OH

Hahaha....exactly. Once you notice it, you can't see anything else. Better luck next time OH. Take care...

A nail nick isn't necessary at all on the 112s or 110s. I just pinch them open.

no ---i dont buy anything from c&c.......i had the blade ti-ni coated a few years ago and been holding on to it and thought it would look good in this blue handle 110----asked danny to install it for me when i was at buck today.....danny is the best-----43 years at buck knives.....

This last week I was busy watching the mailbox and checking the contents. I did some shopping at SKBlades and I think I got the picks of the litter. The 104 Frontier is real nice and I’m glad I got one. I took it on our outing and picnic yesterday and cut some brush, a few switches off a tamarack and processed three peanut butter and jelly samitches with a diagonal cut then proceeded to the ham and cheese with mayo. Even the packages were no match for the D2 FF grind and the burlap handle is probably the best grip for a camping knife. The 110 Smoke Jumper came screaming sharp with just the right amount of micro toothiness and perfect blade pivot air gap, no binding or blade play. The Orange handled Marksman Inferno S35vn is really nice and came screaming sharp as well and cuts switches off a mulberry tree like it’s a noodle. The bottom 307 I acquired from a fellow member Clay here on the exchange. I have wanted a 307 for a long time and finally got one that looks new. A great haul of Buck knives! 13C6B092-79D9-4362-9042-6AD910E85537.jpeg
