Hi everyone, haven't been on here for a while. Lost my old account. Anways, been meaning to post on here and see what others think of Anza knives. I go to every gunshow possible and I always see a few Anza knives. I finally bought one on a whim and haven't been disappointed. Took it squirrel hunting and even cleaned a few squirrels. Far as I know, they're all made out of files and they do an excellent job. What do you guys think of the company/what experiences have you had with them? Just curious!

I got one for Christmas this last year and have been carrying it everyday and haven't had any problems with it, other than I use it a lot and have to sharpen it quite often but I'm not sure if that's really a problem lol

I suppose that isn't a problem, more like maintenance haha. Most, if not all knives, require a little bot of maintenance here and there. Especially high carbon steel like the Anzas.

I quite like em. But then I enjoy files knives.

I do think he should be using pins....but that's just one man's opinion.

I'm pretty new to making knives, and noticed that myself, what is the bad thing about not using pins?

Because there's different ways that force can have an effect on a handle. And glue is only good for one direction if that force. The pins are for the other directions.

I don't mind the pins. I thought some of his blades are pinned and some are glued? Maybe I'm wrong, I haven't seen any of his recent blades. My LBK is pinned I believe.
