Where to find Civivi Elementum replacement micarta handles?

Hi, I just picked up a Civivi Elementum in S-35VN. Love the knife but hate the handles, which I could only find available in the pale green "natural G10" that looks like Glow in the Dark plastic. Would love to replace it with dark green Micarta handles. I contacted Civivi to see if they could help me but here's what they wrote back:

"According to our current policy, we are sorry to inform that we are unable to sell you the scales under any other models or colors."

So...does anyone know where I can buy dark green Micarta handles?

If nobody is selling aftermarket scales, the usual answer would be to do a scale swap with one of the D2 models. While I'd imagine that the scales have the same specs, the two knives do have other differences. For instance, the S35VN model is just a tad thinner and has thinner blade stock. So it would be helpful if someone who has both the S35VN and one of the D2 models could check scale compatibility.

I have a D2 and a s35vn. Scales are interchangeable on them. You can't swap out the blades though.

That's good news if Lumanid Lumanid is still around.

In theory, this should also mean that you can use the Flytanium scales that delete the lanyard cut-out.

You should just dye the scales. Look at the YouTube from bladehq where they use fabric dye. Your scales are perfect since they are so light. Look at how I Dyed my version of your knife.

Also by the way I changed my D2 and S35vn scales with no issue. I even changed a brass D2 Tanto version of the knife with my S35vn scales and it was fine. To me on all 3 elementums they are the same. Button lock version which I also have is a different story. If you want scales for Button lock I recommend unlockedcomposites. They are great for civivi for CF

Do you happen to recall the name of the color you used there? I have an upcoming Rit dye project in the works on another knife and I'm looking into my options.

Ya it was the tropical teal. It looked so light but when mixed with my jade scales they came out as you see...the Kelly Green color. I recommend leaving them in the boiling water a bit longer for darker colors. I was worried it would melt the G10 but has always seemed fine and I always wish I would leave it a bit longer! Good luck!
