where to find custom made axes

a few months back i was looking to have an axe custom made. i found a website where you can tell them how exactly you wanted it to look. you put in your information and they would contact you to finish the details and then make it. cost was approx $68 (from what i can remember. also they sold a few other products on their site. i can see the page clearly in my head but can not remember the website or where the company was located. has anyone else come across a page that makes custom axes? this is getting a little frustrating not being able to find the exact page im looking for. thanks in advance.

I wonder what a $68 custom axe would look like? No blacksmith would charge that for a commissioned piece. Perhaps it is an axe head that is then modified? Interested in having a look at this website.
