General question: Who has bought online from the BudK catalog, and did things turn out as you'd planned (good, honest service; product was in good condition--ie not a "second," etc.). They've got some things I've been looking for, but I've never used them. I'd appreciate others' opinions.

They're O.K. Most of their stuff is cheap 420J2 from China, but they have a few descent brands that they sell. I've purchased a few Old Hickorys, and and a CS Bushman from them. No problems.

they are fine, you dont have to worry about getting ripped off, or the wrong stuff, they deliver everytime, If they sell soemthgin you want buy with confidence...I too have used them in the past for oddball stuff...

although I like smokey mountain knife works better because they sell some of the same crap budk does, but they also sell many better knives like case, and others and they always have good prices on CRKT, and soemtiems Kershaws...
