who is the mrn to rehandle a knife?

i have a winkler / williams knife in micarta that i want to rehandle . i am not a fan of the brown micarta or x inprints on the handle.

who do you know that would take on the challenge to have the blade rehandle ?

i want a black rubber , wood or black micarta

I recommend sending them to Winkler Knives - had two redone--one in sculpted rubber and the other in sculpted WASP.

wow men. lucky you. i did and thanks for thr great idea . i really love this k ife i just dont like the x inprints on the micarta scales

how did you get to convince them to do that. did you call or email?

Just emailed and talked with Kaela...she was awesome. They do charge you for re-scaling the knife...cost depends on the materials used...I have had scales put on other knives I have owned and Winkler's prices are fair.

i was told they do not do that service on exclusive knives.

i guess i am out of luck.
