Who makes Browning knives?

The one I have seen were made in seki Japan. So I would assume they are made under contract by a Japanese cutler?

I am told that many of the Browning knives are made by the Moki Knife Co. of Seiki City.
For some reason Browning knives don’t get a lot of attention. I recently got a Browning model 520 Stag Trapper, and I am very pleased with the workmanship.

The Moki in Seki City info sounds correct. All I know is, they are very well made factory knives. Nice, crisp and even grinds, good fit and finish, etc...

They are nice looking! I am proud of the pic I got of one! Hope it is not to big! Paul

I have been told that any production knife that has a VG10 blade, has been made in Japan, because this steel is not available in the US.

That Ice Storm is one Helluva fine looking knife. The price point is rather attractive too. Verrry nice.
