Beyond that, there are scads of people, many of whom spam BladeForums with their ads, who are making Rambo knife rip-offs. Many of them even claim they have permission from Jimmy's wife to do this. And it's all bogus.

You want a Rambo knife? Sure thing, go spend the bucks and do it right. It can be done. You want to talk about some sleazy, unauthorized rip-off, this isn't the place for it.
