Who to go to for custom 580 scales?

So I recently started carrying my 580 and the major problem I have is that the scales feel cheap to me. I know this isn't the case, and that they would more than likely last for the life of the blade, but I am curious who I should go to for some custom scales, perhaps aluminum, g10, or even wooden. I would also talk about opening up the design and replacing the back spacer with stand- offs if possible.

Any recommendations would be appreciated, and also, show of some custom work on your Barrage if you got one. Thanks in advance.

Ah yes Keyman. Just found the custom thread and peeked at some of your work. I like the first example a lot. I prefer a more open design to a knife as opposed to a back spacer. Are you currently commissioning work?

You might check these out too.

I was wondering the same thing. Are you at liberty to discuss the particulars?

Did you receive my email Keyman?

I'm having trouble finding your email
Can you title it "Almightyox"?
I checked my spam box too.
I've received emails about making scales for other knives; but nothing about scales for a 580.

We will have red, red and black G10--those should go up on Monday
Carbon Fiber should be available in a week or two

I am not sure on the price yet. It is not cheap. I about fell over when I got the materials price alone.

Nice scales Derrick. My 580-1102 could use a set of the reds (when I can...) So nice to see colors!
