Hey folks, I've got a plan to start a small knife manufacturing unit. After knowing the market needs I have a plan to extend my start-up. The main challenge in the knife manufacturing industry is to make the knives with a metal that does not corrode easily. This startup needs some machinery. I just planned to purchase a used one. But everyone is saying that all machine parts have an issue of corrosion in the form of oxidation after some years. What is a permeant solution for this corrosion? Please share your recommendations.

You could use stainless steel, Stellite, Titanium, Ceramic, or some other corrosion resisting material.
