Okay, first of all, i tried the search function but it doesnt seem to be working for me at the moment. Anyways, i cant seem to find much feedback on Wilson Tactical knives. I recently handled a Model 5 Integral Fighter and fell in love with it. It comes in D2 and feels very solid -of course they are by no means inexpensive. The Model 5 feels so great in the hand that i am compelled to buy it,-even with the $400 price tag  ...but before i do i would appreciate any feedback available.

The search function on this forum is kinda broken and you can only search for single words without it crapping out.

Wilson Tactical knives are nice, but I don't think they are worth the price.

I've often wondered about the Tactical Elite folders myself. They seem to be a no-frills, ergonomic and functional package yet not much notice for them as well? Are there any design issues in them?

I have a Model 1 7" bowie and it's a great camp knife, and a good general outdoor knife.

I had a chance to handle one of the Wilson integrals recently and came away with a similar opinion to what ElectricZombie had above - a nice knife but I don't think it's a $400 knife. When you look at what you can get in terms of custom fixed blades for $400, or even something like a Chris Reeve Warrior/Pacific/Green Beret for $300 to $330, I don't feel it holds up in terms of what you're getting for your money.

I too have handled their knives as well. I agree with jujigatme and electriczombie.

I have a model 25 and I'm very happy with it. A very tough knife and it came with an excellent kydex sheath. Customer service was great. All E-mails I sent were quickly responded to. I would't hesitate to buy from them agin.
