I thought that I would post a sneak peak of a kitchen knife that I have been working on.
I'm still in the process of hand rubbing the blade and the handles have not yet been permanently attached.
The blade features a plunge-less full height flat grind and the edge is about .005".
The steel is 52100 in .1".
I'm hoping to finish it up soon, but it looks like I may have to redo the hande.
