Seeing all the talk about Grohmanns lately around the Traditional sub reminded me of this one. Started life as a blade kit, tossed the rosewood scales and made a set out of bocote and fiber liners. I like how it turned out... :)

WOW.... very nicely done. The liners really accent the wood well.

It’s been challenging to photograph the depth of this mesquite. Here’s an attempt. The Mark side has a beautiful, subtle quilt and the pile side has the flame That is impossible to capture the depth of in a photograph. Such beautiful wood!
