Any opinions/reviews of the WSI Ranger? I've read Marion David Poff's excellent review, but I was wondering if anyonw has been using the ranger for an extended period of time and if so, how they like it? I've been interested in getting one, but am torn between it and the TOPS laser strike.
 
I reviewed the Ranger for a column in Tactical Knives. It's an excellent piece and really all you need for wilderness work. The Laser Strike is a little more heavy duty and gives you a longer edge but for most work you don't need that. Both of these knives are built by TOPS.
