How bad is it really?

Most posts in BF describe it as the same as 420 steel but doesn't it have a bit more carbon?

Given everything else the same (edge shape and decent HT and so on) , how does it compare to something which is more known, like AUS8 for example?

If it has less edge retention does it have any other advantage (corosion, toughness,...) at least?

Thank you for your help.

"X46Cr13(EN) - Chromium stainless steel. Good workability when hot. Used for applications requiring hardness and corrosion and wear resistance. (Corrosion resistance reduced when not heat treated, heat treated and polished resists rust, diluted nitric acid and mild organic acids). Bad weldability. Similar to AISI 420 steel."
