I think whats more important : how much are you willing to pay for a ZT 888 knife. Is it a grail knife for you.

Some may not have any interest in this knife at all, some may pay over msrp. All depends on the person.
 
Dang, haven't seen them go that high. I haven't been looking for used though either lately. Waiting for the max to come out.

Don't hold your breath on finding a new one. More than likely those that were lucky enough to buy them did so for purposes of collecting and or resale. Sad yes, but true in most cases. There may be a few users out there, but I'd bet not a remarkable amount.
 
I don't plan to spend much more than msrp on one if I do find one. At that price I think it's worth it, any more and I've got to realize it's just a knife. I haven't seen a titanium frame lock I like as well as the 0888 at or around the msrp production or custom.
 
A certain dealer is selling one for $2,500.00+ currently. Another person on the forums has one up for $1,000+. What was the initial msrp on this knife? How many did they make? It is a very cool looking knife.
 
When the ZT 0888 first came out in November 2013 people paid anywhere from $500 to $650 plus tax (around MAP to MSRP). Now, they seem to be selling at around $1,350. Only 250 were made.
