I have a ZT 0095 S90V sprint with a worn out detent ball. ZT said they will only replace the blade, but cannot replace with another S90V blade, they aren't able to just replace the detent ball. Since it needs fixed, I want to get it replaced with ceramic. I know this has to be a service somebody offers.

I would do it for you but the way that detent area is set up it's a post with the ball sitting in the top - so no way to peen to tighten back up if needed.
What do you say it's worn out? That's surprising zt won't cover it.
