It shows mild signs of being carried and used but is still a beautiful knife. I have the box and papers. This has been de-assisted. You can call and get a replacement torsion bar if you want it assisted again. (It's much nicer without it) . The pocket clip shows wear and the blade has rub marks from cutting cardboard that don't really show in the pictures. The CF and screws all look good.
