Camillus made approximately 12,000,000 model #S1760 stainless steel knives since 1949. In addition to the knives stamped "U.S", models were made with the handles stamped: "U.S.A.F", "U.S.N." and "U.S.M.C.". A version without any handle stamping was made for Canada.
