Do You Fieldstrip Your Knives?

Those of us who have guns generaly fieldstrip them regularly to clean them. Do you do the same with your carry folders? My 2 EDC knives get completely disasembled,scrubbed and oiled every Sunday night. That's one of the main reasons I chose EKI knives as my EDC blades,no odd tools needed. Just a flathead and phillips screwdriver and some tuffglide and I'm in knife heaven

...Yes, but only when they require it, such as if they need smoothing-out (internal polishing) or a complete cleaning.

I detail strip every knife I own and every firearm that I buy. Usually to clean and buff the spots that stick.

I have before. There really hasn't been a good excuse to take them apart lately.
