I have a question about my 7b

This is the second one I've owned since purchasing both from maybe Sept./Oct. Both out of the box were dull as butter and I kid you not. At around the same time I purchased a M Comm that is as sharp as a razor. Why the friggin difference in sharpness? I'm no rookie when it come's to sharpness nor sharpening. But no matter what I try on these 7b's they still are as dull as butter. Truth be told I sold one off they bay and just rec. this other last month. Very frustrating indeed. I've tried my Gatco diamond hones, my Lansky stones, and free hand to no avail. Anyways advice is appreciated or are they all like this now?
 
Yep what little burr there is to knock off. Although it's near impossible to get a burr going.
 
Sounds like it could be a steel issue? Maybe send back? If your experience tells you there is something wrong.....
 
Have you used a Sharpie to make sure you're matching the factory angle?

I sharpened it as best I could and did get it sharper than when it arrived put on the bay and gone now.(sold at sizable loss too) thanks
