This pair of kitchen knives are forged from a single billet of 54 layer damascus made up of 1084, 15n20, and pure nickel sheet.
The larger slicer (Gyuto) has a 7 3/4" (195mm) cutting edge, and is 13" (330mm) overall. The smaller utility (Petty) has a 4 1/2" (115mm) cutting edge, and is 9 1/4" (235mm) overall. They both feature flat grinds with convex edges.
Both handles are sourced from a single piece of stabilized spalted maple, and feature pinstripe black and white G10 liners and black G10 pins.
Asking $950 for the pair, shipped through PayPal. I can also accept credit cards directly via Square invoices. They come in individual padded cases, and I provide a warranty and care instructions.
As always, questions and comments are welcome. Thanks for looking.
